Please read the booking policy below carefully. Every booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the Italian law in force. The contract is binding for the person making the booking and for all other persons mentioned in the booking, including minors.
You can send an availability request and wait for our reply.
You will receive a (non-binding) offer following your request. The booking is only confirmed after we have written to you stating the total price of your stay and after you have paid the deposit. If the payment is not made, the reservation is considered void.
The reservation becomes binding for Compagnia delle terre rare Srl only upon receipt of a copy of the receipt of the deposit payment. Send a copy of the payment by e-mail:

At this point COMPAGNIA DELLE TERRE RARE SRL will undertake to send the customer a confirmation e-mail to be shown at the time of check-in.
confirmation e-mail to be shown at check-in. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in the above confirmation and to
notify us as soon as possible of any anomalies. This notification must be received no later than 4 days after receipt of the confirmation. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
On arrival, each person must present an identification document.
If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please contact reception, who will do their utmost to accommodate your request.
In the event of the reservation being moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the client must pay the difference.
General conditions
A deposit is required to confirm the booking.If the deposit is not received, the booking is null and void. The same applies to the balance. If the balance is not paid, the booking will be cancelled.
The amount of the deposit is 30% of the amount of the stay. As provided for by the civil code in art. 1385, it will not be returned in the event of cancellation or non-presentation.
Accepted methods of payment: bank transfer.
The balance of the booking must be paid on arrival. Any extras must be paid before departure.

indicating the date of your reservation, your telephone number and email address, you will receive confirmation.
An extension of stay requires an additional booking, and is subject to availability and/or rate changes.
Cancellation policy (individual bookings)
All booking cancellations must be communicated in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation policy.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes made after this deadline 50% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Compagnia delle terre rare srl reserves the right to charge the total amount due in case of cancellations in the last week before check-in.
No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already started and therefore has to pay the whole booked stay.
NoShow (no-show)
In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
